The project involved the refurbishment of the existing Grade II Listed dining hall to incorporate new heating, lighting, flooring and furniture. Phase two involved remodelling the servery to create a light, bright, contemporary space including a new pastry kitchen and dish-wash area. The space has been designed so that aromas from the pastry kitchen pump into the servery area to enhance the dining experience.
