squiresandbrown were delighted to attend the topping out of two projects at Concord College in Shropshire.

The traditional ceremony, which signifies that the building’s structure has reached its highest point, was attended by key members of the client team from Concord College along with the Contractor, Morris Property and project associates.

Glyn O’Hara, Senior Contracts Manager at Morris Property, praised the collaborative effort of team saying

“This topping out ceremony is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in the project. Working alongside Concord College and the design team has been a positive experience, and we are proud to be delivering this high-quality facility.”

The project will now move into the internal fit-out phase as it progresses towards completion ahead of the 2026 academic year.
